Processing & Delivery Times

All our products are made to order, ensuring quality and exclusivity. Orders require a processing time before they are shipped.

  • Within Canada: We offer three shipping methods with varying delivery times:

    • Express Shipping: Delivery within 14 days or less.
    • Standard Shipping: Delivery times vary based on location and carrier.
    • Economy Shipping: Longer delivery times at a lower cost.
  • International Shipping: We offer one standard international shipping method, and delivery times vary depending on the destination and customs processing.

Please note that shipping times are estimates and do not account for potential delays due to customs, carrier issues, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your shipment’s progress.

Returns & Exchanges

As all our products are made to order, we only accept returns on defective products. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our support team within 30 days of delivery with your order details and photos of the defect.

Return Process

  1. Contact Us: Email support@reachloveconnect.com with your order number and photos of the defective item.
  2. Approval & Instructions: If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how to return the item.
  3. Resolution: Upon receiving the defective product, we will offer a replacement or refund based on your preference.

Note: We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons other than defects, as each item is custom-made.
