Return & Refund Policy

At Reach Love Connect, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we offer a 30-day return policy, allowing you to request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • It must be defective in some form
  • It must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as when you received it.
  • All original tags and packaging must be intact.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@reachloveconnect.com. Returns must be sent to the designated return address, which will be provided upon request.

Important: Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

We kindly ask that you inspect your order upon receipt. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately so we can assess the issue and provide a resolution.


Non-Returnable Items

If you have any concerns about your specific item, please contact us for clarification.


Exchanges

All of our products are made to order; therefore, we do not provide exchanges, except when items are defective.  For a faster exchange process, we recommend returning your original item and placing a new order separately once the return is accepted.


European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For orders shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without justification. The item must remain unused, with all original packaging and tags intact, and you must provide proof of purchase.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that bank processing times may vary.
